Individuals interested in speaking within the MTBC Nanotechnology Focus Group monthly meeting are welcome to contact any Steward of the organization for details of relevant topics which may be interest to the group.

In general terms, speakers are granted the opportunity to present their topics with the approval of the Stewards.

Potential speakers are advised to prepare for their presentation with the following guidelines:

• The monthly meetings begin at 11:30 am, the first Tuesday of every month at the University of Texas at Dallas - T.I. Auditorium.  Following a 30 minute general networking session, the presentation begins at 12:00 pm (noon).
• Presentations are usually 30 to 45 minutes in duration to allow for a 15 minute question and answer session.
• The presentation format is Microsoft PowerPoint and the presentation should be converted to Adobe Acrobat (*.pdf) format for distribution on this website.
• A speaker’s submission of materials to support the audience invitations and announcements are required to include:
• A 1 to 2 paragraph abstract of the topic to be presented
• The speaker's biography
• The speaker's photograph in a high resolution, preferably *.jpg, color format

Speakers are advised to consult with a Nanotechnology Focus Group Steward no less that 60 to 90 days prior to the suggested presentation date.
